Training Madness Gym is coming at you HARD this summer!
We have an amazing 20ft x 30ft air track floor that will absorb your falls and send you to new heights!
Classes are 30 min long and will include:
Group Warm Up
Group Conditioning
Acrobatics & Tricking Warm Up
But that’s not all!
After classes are done, participants will have use of the floor for Open Gym or free time for the next 3 HOURS!
When?
Classes run every Saturday throughout the summer!
Classes Times: 12:00 pm–12:30 pm & 12:30 pm–1:00 pm
Open Gym: 1:00 pm-4:00 pm

How Do I Sign Up?
There are only TWO STEPS to signing up:
1) Fill out the WAIVER (if you haven’t already)
2) E-Transfer $25 (or $40 if it’s your first time) to allen@keng.ca with your preferred class date and time in the message!
Classes MUST BE BOOKED NO LATER than THE FRIDAY DAY BEFORE!
We WILL NOT take anybody ON THE DAY!
Due to permit laws we are only allowed a MAX of two classes a day and a limit of 20 people per class so register ASAP!
What Else?
We are going to be outdoors so bring sunscreen and lots of water!
Washrooms are located at the Community Centre next to the park at 45 Fort York Blvd, Toronto
The area is surrounded with great restaurants and snack foods! The first class will have a half hr break before open gym so relax!
