Here you will learn the secrets to flipping through the air in ways you never thought possible!
We cater to ALL LEVELS in this 2 HOUR session:
HOUR ONE:
TRAMPOLINE Warm Up
GROUP Stretch & Conditioning
ACROBATICS Warm Up
HOUR TWO:
This is “Open Gym” or free time where people can train on their own or learn new skills from coaches who are at the ready to help!
This fun-filled, invigorating class is beginner friendly and a great way to be introduced to the world of flipping and tricking! (it’s highly recommended that beginners be able to do most of the exercises HERE)
Veteran athletes are able to train on their own for the full 2 hours if they wish! (Even if you plan on training on your own, don’t be afraid to ask one of our coaches for help!)
All classes are adult-only with teenagers aged 13-17 allowed with parental consent. Fill out the waiver and you’re good to go! (don’t forget to hit “SUBMIT”!):
